Informative post, most of the people I know would not admit they’re suffering with an ailment ‘coz they say this too shall pass or it’s just normal also to other people. What they don’t know is that they might be suffering from adrenal fatigue which I guess is so common nowadays because of so many stressful day to day activities. Hope you can suggest helpful tips on how to battle out adrenal fatigue.

I know my symptoms were not in my head…now i have real answers and can start healing. Women need to start supporting and talking to one another.
