Bronchitis Pushes Me Into a Time Warp

If you read the first version of my last post, I’m sure you wondered, “What was she thinking?” After carefully reading the copy over and over, I missed an incorrect reference to the 1998 presidential election.
1998? “Was she thinking at all?” As a matter of fact, “No.”
This is my first post in more than a week because I’ve been battling bronchitis. Looks like I should have taken off another day. I haven’t quite returned from my trip to a time when life was a little simpler. The trip was my way of coping with illness and with increasing economic distress.
Hey, politicians make excuses all the time. Why can’t I?
