     It depends on your needs. If you only want to express yourself, WordPress.com and Blogger are easy and free. Blogger also allows you to display AdSense ads. WordPress.com doesn’t.

     If you plan on selling products, I suggest WordPress.org. You’ll need a host for your site if you choose this option. Hostgator is good, but several others support WordPress.

     Drupal, Joomla!, and XOOPS are also supposed to be user-friendly. WordPress is considered the easiest. My only experience is with WordPress.
